Hartac Sales and Distribution Pty. Ltd. provides a large product range of industrial safety products, safety signage and visual warnings and safety management systems to mining and industry in general.

Quality at Hartac commences with the first customer contact through to final delivery and invoicing.

It is recognized that customers prefer to deal with organizations that care and are easy to do business with and this can only occur if/when all staff members are in tune with the business ethos and in alignment with the requirements of a formal quality management system.

Hartac embraces a formal, structured quality management system that has been specifically tailored to suit the need of the business and which conforms to ISO 9001:2015.

The effectiveness of the QA system is constantly measured through a series of audits and related key performance indicators (KPI’s) with instant follow-up designed to correct root cause problems wherever possible.

Hartac’s people are encouraged to support the disciplines of the QA system and the progression of KPI’s through a series of staff engagement programmes.

Hartac have embraced the principles of DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time). We strive to meet this principle to ensure our clients get the very best product quality and delivery.
